We welcome you to ‘Nyhavn Lakeside Cottage’. Our waterfront retreat is set within the Isis & Windrush Lakes complex, a gated and secure development with landscaped gardens and superb on-site facilities.
The spacious open plan living area leads onto the furnished decking area which overlooks the carp fishing lake. It is an idyllic spot to relax with morning coffee, enjoying the wonderful lake views and watching the abundant wildlife.
Living Area
The spacious, comfortable living area features two sofas and leads directly to the outdoors. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a DVD player with a library of films, and an Alexa for music.
We provide a selection of books, board games, and puzzles for cosy evenings in. For families, there is an under-stairs cupboard stocked with an ironing board, dryer, stairgate, and highchair.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen features a dining area adjacent with a table seating up to 6 people. Appliances include an oven with grill & hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and a dishwasher.
For longer stays, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities are provided. We also supply all necessary kitchenware, a children’s high chair, and cleaning products to make your stay hassle-free.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Nyhavn sleeps up to 4 people across three separate bedrooms. The Master double room features a King-size bed and a Juliet balcony offering tranquil lake views. There are two further single rooms, with ample storage via drawers and wardrobes.
The cottage has two bathrooms: a master bathroom upstairs with a large walk-in shower and WC, and a convenient downstairs bathroom with a shower cubicle and WC. Towels and bedding are provided (please bring your own cot linen).
Decking & Gardens
Spacious furnished decking with gas BBQ, outdoor dining for 4, and a lovely grassy picnic area overlooking the lake.
